Cloud Setup and Architecture
Cloud architecture on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, a clean move off your own servers, and costs kept in check after launch. We built the cloud architecture for a technology company.
What cloud services does Lenor Ventures offer?
Lenor Ventures designs cloud architecture on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, moves on-premises systems to the cloud, reviews and reduces cloud costs, and runs the setup as a managed service after launch. We built the cloud architecture for a technology company and work with SMEs, enterprises and startups.
What Cloud Setup and Architecture Covers
Most businesses come to us at one of three points: they are moving off their own servers, their cloud bill has grown faster than their usage, or a new product needs a setup that will hold up as it grows. The work has four parts, and you can hire us for one of them or for all four.
Architecture
We design how your applications, databases, storage and networks sit in the cloud, on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, so the setup fits the load you have and the growth you expect.
Migration
We move on-premises systems to the cloud in planned stages, so your team keeps working while the move happens.
Cost Tuning
We review what you pay for, remove what you do not use and resize what is larger than it needs to be.
Managed Services
After launch we run the setup for you and keep it in order.
How a Cloud Engagement Runs
Every engagement follows the same order, whether it is a new build or a move from servers you own today. The length depends on how many systems are involved; a typical project runs 2–6 weeks.
Before Anything Moves
We list what you run today, what depends on what, and what each system costs. That tells us what to move first, what to rebuild and what to retire.
After Launch
We check the bill against real usage and tune it. If you choose managed services, we stay on to run the setup; if not, we hand it over with the documentation your team needs to run it.
Choosing Between AWS, Azure and Google Cloud
We work on all three, so the recommendation follows your situation rather than a preference of ours. The usual deciding factors are the tools your team already uses, where your data must be stored, the skills you have in house and how the pricing works out for your pattern of use. We explain the trade-offs in plain terms before you commit.

Where Cloud Work Meets Our Other Enterprise Services
This page covers the infrastructure your systems run on. For the software itself, see Custom software; for an independent check of your setup for security gaps, see Cybersecurity audits.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which cloud platforms do you work with?
- AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. We recommend one based on your tools, data and budget, not on a preference of ours.
Can you move our on-premises systems to the cloud?
- Yes. We migrate on-premises systems in planned stages, then tune costs, and we can run the setup afterwards as a managed service.
Our cloud bill keeps rising. Can you review a setup someone else built?
- Yes. Cost tuning works on any existing setup. We review what you pay for and remove or resize what you do not need.
Do we need our own cloud team after launch?
- No. With managed services we run the setup for you. If you prefer to run it yourselves, we hand it over with documentation.
How long does a cloud migration take?
- It depends on the number of systems and how they connect. A typical project runs 2–6 weeks.
