ClinicIQ
A Clinic, Run from a Phone
Appointments, services, invoices, pharmacy, staff roles and revenue sit in one app, and the owner sees which services pay. Returning patients are filled in automatically, so a booking takes 30 seconds.

What is ClinicIQ?

The Problem in a Sub Health Centre
A Sub Health Centre is the government health facility closest to the community, led by a Community Health Officer (CHO) with an Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) and a Multipurpose Worker (MPW). Much of their day still runs on paper registers.
Staff Spend Their Day on Registers
Queues and repeated data entry take time the team should spend on patients.
Patient History Is Hard to Find
Visit history and notes sit in different books, so a returning patient’s past treatment is slow to retrieve.
Facilities Lag Behind the Field
Digital tools for ASHA field workers are advancing, but the facility still needs a matching staff-facing platform.
Programmes Need Accountable Records
Health programmes depend on accurate service records and role-based access, which handwritten tallies cannot guarantee.
Handwritten Registers Become Digital Records
Intelligent document processing turns a photograph of a handwritten register page into a structured table that staff can check, correct and export, so a facility digitises its paper history without re-typing it.
Photograph the Page
On the phone staff already use.
Read the Handwriting
Each entry is read row by row, in Hindi, English or a mix of both.
Check Every Value
Each value is matched to its field label, and mismatches are flagged.
Correct and Export
To Excel, JSON or PDF.
A Real Register, Read
On a maternal health admission register written in Hindi and English, it identified the form and its languages, and flagged two problems: temperatures written in Celsius where the form asks for Fahrenheit, and a haemoglobin entry of “90.9 g” that cannot be right.
More Than OCR
Basic text recognition (OCR) only reads printed characters. Intelligent document processing also reads handwriting, works out which value belongs to which field, and checks whether each value makes sense.
