Digital Growth Solutions
Branding and Identity
Positioning, naming, logo systems and brand guidelines that stay consistent across your website, sales decks, social accounts and packaging.
What is a brand identity project?
A brand identity project defines how your company is positioned, what it is called and how it looks and sounds: strategy, name, logo, colour, type and tone of voice. Lenor Ventures delivers these as a documented system that your team and partners can apply without guesswork.
This service is delivered by Writernical, the digital growth brand of Lenor Ventures. See more of its work at writernical.com.
What a Brand Identity Project Includes
A logo on its own does not make a brand. Buyers judge you on every touchpoint, from the proposal PDF to the LinkedIn banner, and an identity only works if all of them feel like the same company. We start with what you stand for and build the visual and verbal system from there.
Positioning
Who you serve, the problem you solve and why you rather than the alternatives, in a few plain sentences.
Naming and Taglines
Company, product or service line names, checked for clashes before you commit, with the trademark check run by our legal partner.
Logo System
A primary mark plus horizontal, stacked and icon versions for small spaces.
Colour, Type and Imagery
A palette with tested contrast, font pairings and rules for photography or illustration.
Tone of Voice
How the brand writes, with example headlines, emails and social captions.
Brand Guidelines
A working document, on the web or as a PDF, with files ready to download.
How We Run a Branding Project
Each project follows four stages. The lead strategist who runs discovery stays on through delivery and signs off every file.
From Discovery to First Use
Discovery covers interviews with founders and key staff, a review of competitors and a look at how customers describe you today. Concept work follows, with a small number of distinct directions rather than dozens of variations. Once you choose one, we refine it into a full system. In the final stage we apply it to the materials you use most, so you can see it working before we hand over.
When You Are Rebranding
If you have existing brand equity, we audit what customers already recognise and keep it where it still earns its place. A rebrand should not cost you the trust you have built.
What It Costs and How Long It Takes
Scope varies with the number of names, sub-brands and applications you need. Typical timeline: 3–4 weeks. Starting price: on request, with the proposal. We confirm both in writing after a short discovery call.
What Happens After the Identity Is Ready
The new system usually feeds straight into a website project, covered on our Website design page, and into templates for social media and sales material. Because the same team handles those disciplines, nothing is lost in translation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you redesign just our logo?
- Yes, though we will still ask about positioning first, because a logo that does not reflect what you stand for will need changing again. A logo-only project is smaller in scope and price.
Do we own the final files?
- Yes. On final payment you receive the editable source files and full rights to use the identity. Any licensed fonts are purchased in your name. Payment terms are set out in the proposal.
Can you name a new product or company?
- Yes. Naming is part of our identity work. We shortlist options, check domain availability and screen for obvious conflicts, and recommend a formal trademark search before you commit.
Will the brand work in Indian languages?
- If you need it to, we plan for it from the start, choosing typefaces with support for the scripts you need and testing the logo alongside them.
