Lenor Ventures Private Limited has been recognised as a startup by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Government of India, under the Startup India initiative. The recognition was granted in May 2026 under certificate number DIPP258158.
Incorporated in 2024, with offices in Chennai and Bengaluru, Lenor Ventures turns ideas into products and runs enterprise, digital growth, AI and staffing services for businesses and governments.
Lenor Ventures builds products across safety, health and brand intelligence: ClinicIQ, a clinic operating system in daily use; Mei Reco, a guided home-rehabilitation device; Vanguard, a safety wearable; the Sports Performance Band; and Murmur, a reputation intelligence platform live on YouTube, X and Facebook.
“Recognition from DPIIT is a milestone, and we treat it as a responsibility as much as an honour. It tells the clinics, clients and families we build for that Lenor Ventures is building for India, from Chennai and Bengaluru, with the seriousness the work deserves. We intend to earn it every day.”
— Manav Gupta, Co-founder and Director, Lenor Ventures
What Recognition Means
DPIIT recognition makes a startup eligible to apply for support under the Startup India programme, including faster examination of patent applications and reduced fees, and self-certification under certain labour and environmental laws. Lenor Ventures will use the recognition to move its products, several of which are in trials and pilots, towards wider use.
